What is a Store?

A store is a public-facing page where fans can browse your products and drops. Every store has:

  • A unique URL: /store/yourhandle
  • Its own product catalogue
  • Its own drops
  • A custom name, description, and Instagram link

What is an Organisation?

An organisation is a workspace for groups managing multiple stores — typically labels, management companies, or festival teams. An org can:

  • Link multiple stores
  • Invite team members with roles
  • View aggregate revenue and orders across all stores
  • Manage drops across all linked stores

Creating an Organisation

  1. In your dashboard, click the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar
  2. Click Create organisation
  3. Enter your org name, slug (URL identifier), and optional description
  4. Click Create

Linking stores to an Org

  1. Switch to your org workspace
  2. Click Manage orgStores tab
  3. Enter the store handle you want to link
  4. The store owner must be a member of the org

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Org Settings → Members
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Select their role (Owner or Member)
  4. They'll receive an invite and can accept from their account
